Who can perform the Online Registration?
New retail customers who have yet to register for the Internet banking service or existing retail customers who have forgotten their Internet banking password can perform the self-service online registration.
Corporate customers will NOT be able to perform the online registration. Registration for Business Electronic Banking service must be done at the branch by completing the application form with the authorised signatories.
Process Options
- Account Number: Enter your account number with the Bank.
- Customer Civil Id: Enter your id number.
- Click Continue or Back to return to the login screen.
- Your details will be verified by the Bank. If your details are not verified you will be asked to visit a branch to continue with your registration.
- Once your details have been verified by the Bank. Your primary debit card will be displayed (last 4 digits) and you will have to enter the ATM Card PIN.
- Click Continue.
- Your details will be verified by the Bank. If your details are not verified you will be asked to visit a branch to continue with your registration.
- Once your PIN number has been verified by the Bank. You will be asked to enter your:
- Preferred User name
- Password
- Email
- Mobile Phone Number
- Click Submit to complete your registration application. Your credentials will be sent by email or SMS to the email address or mobile phone number you have entered on your application.
